Tom just completed a major renovation on our 1969-built home which we purchased as-is. He and his crew did a excellent job and many people have commented about the quality of the work performed. Before starting the project, we worked with a number of contractors to get estimates for the project. Tom was very responsive and easy to work with during the estimating process and his estimate was clear, understandable and well-priced. We believed that he could accomplish the work based on other projects he had completed. His crew of skilled and experienced craftsmen did an excellent job and were great to communicate with. Tom was at the site every day and managed his team well, coordinating all the different people involved. We had excellent communication with him at each step of the project. Tom stayed within budget and did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. We knew what to expect at each stage. There were a few changes we made during the course of the project and Tom was very flexible and timely to accommodate them. Tom was patient, explained things well to us and gave us good advice as needed. He was dependable, easy to work with and professional, which made for a low-stress project for us. We are very thankful we found Tom for this renovation and highly recommend him to anyone doing any size of renovation. We love our new home and would choose him again without reservation for any future project. He is a great find!

Our condo in VB was damaged by a flood to the point it was uninhabitable. Stafford & Sons was recommended to us by a friend who used them. We had other estimates but others were hard to communicate with. Tom was the only one who got back to us exactly when he said he would. Tom personally made sure each step of the remodeling was done properly. The work is great and Tom kept us updated almost every day with photos of the work, since we live out of state. Tom got the job done EXACTLY when he said he would!! We were back in our condo exactly when Tom promised!!! Thanks, Tom!!!

Fantastic! Tom was great to work! I highly recommend him and his team. This was not an easy project but it was handled with the utmost of professionalism. They showed up when they said they would and it was completed on time, on our budget and needs. They always cleaned up everyday and were very respectful of our home. Because of medical problems, we had to ask Tom to completely reschedule the project and he was more than accommodating. At every point the work proceded on schedule after that. Tom was always available for questions and concerns, no matter how minor. All the subcontractors provided high quality products. Every member of Tom's team was professional and very interested in our specific needs. They were all extremely nice people to have met and had a chance to talk with. It was an exhausting project but I know we chose the right contractor to get us through it. I still love to walk into my kitchen and bathroom every day and admire the finished product.
